  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unused, with original packaging and all accessories).

  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number/invoice).

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Unfortunately, software-related issues that can be resolved remotely or via troubleshooting are not grounds for a return once the product has been activated and used.

  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
